DeepLab follows a "single product form, full strategic game variant matrix" strategy — covering tile-combination, climbing, betting, compare-strength, banker-defense, and trick-taking mechanics. Big Pineapple is live; the product roadmap extends across mechanic families.

DeepLab uses a three-layer stack: Algorithm (self-developed deep-learning architecture, neural net optimized for strategy games, single model spans multiple types); Compute (elastic GPU cluster on demand, low-latency real-time inference); Data (training corpus across mainstream strategy games + online continual learning updates).

General LLMs do open-ended chat and generation. DeepLab is a deep-learning lab focused on real-time decision-making for strategic games. We don't do general dialogue — we go deep on one lane: deep-learning models, real-time inference, multi-mechanic coverage.

Industry solver tools mostly do post-game review and focus on a single game.
